Product Designer (UI/UX)
Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, beautiful, and functional digital experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process for our client projects, from user research and wireframing through to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that our applications are not just technically sound but genuinely delightful to use.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design process for web and mobile applications across diverse industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and retail
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Design responsive interfaces that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Build and maintain a component-based design system for consistency across projects
- Collaborate closely with developers during implementation, ensuring design intent is preserved
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all projects

Requirements

2-4 years of professional product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design

Expert proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design tokens

Strong understanding of UI design patterns, typography, color theory, and layout principles

Experience with user research methods including user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping

Knowledge of responsive design, mobile design patterns, and WCAG accessibility guidelines

Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user interfaces

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints

Excellent communication and presentation skills for design reviews and client presentations
