The platform features bulk ordering, tiered pricing, credit management, and integrated logistics tracking. Retailers can compare products, negotiate prices, and manage entire procurement workflows digitally.
The Challenge
TradeLink Gujarat's wholesale network was operating entirely through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and manual invoicing. With over 500 suppliers and thousands of retail buyers, coordinating bulk orders, credit terms, and delivery schedules was chaotic and error-prone.
Suppliers had no digital storefront and retailers had no easy way to compare prices or track order status. The lack of a unified system was costing both sides significant time and revenue.
Our Solution
We built a feature-rich B2B marketplace using Laravel for the backend API and React for the buyer and seller dashboards. Elasticsearch powers fast product discovery with filters for MOQ, location, and category. A credit management module allows suppliers to define custom credit terms per buyer.
The order management workflow handles bulk quotes, approval chains, partial shipments, and automated invoicing with GST compliance. A mobile-responsive PWA ensures field sales teams can operate from any device.
