Multi-Vendor E-Commerce Platform with Seller Dashboard
A fully custom multi-vendor e-commerce platform enabling hundreds of local sellers to list and sell products online under the BazaarNow brand. Each seller gets a dedicated dashboard for inventory, orders, returns, and payouts. Buyers enjoy a curated shopping experience with advanced filtering, wish lists, and real-time order tracking.
The Challenge
BazaarNow wanted to create a local-first alternative to large e-commerce giants by empowering small and medium sellers with their own digital storefronts. Existing SaaS solutions were too expensive, had limited customization, and imposed high commission structures that squeezed seller margins.
The platform needed to support thousands of simultaneous users, handle product catalog sizes exceeding 100,000 SKUs, and integrate with multiple payment gateways and delivery partners.
Our Solution
We architected a custom Laravel-based platform with a Vue.js storefront and a separate seller admin panel. Elasticsearch handles full-text product search and faceted filtering across the entire catalog. Redis caches frequently accessed data, ensuring fast load times even under traffic spikes.
A Flutter mobile app was built for both buyers (iOS and Android) and delivery agents. The seller dashboard includes real-time analytics, inventory alerts, and automated payout scheduling via Razorpay.
