A comprehensive school ERP system with an integrated parent communication mobile app for Sunrise Schools' network of 5 campuses and 8,000+ students. The platform manages admissions, attendance, timetables, examinations, fee collection, and real-time parent notifications — all from a unified dashboard.
The Challenge
Sunrise Schools was managing its 5-campus operation with a patchwork of disconnected software tools — a standalone fee management system, paper-based attendance registers, and a basic SMS gateway for parent notifications. Administrative staff duplicated data entry across multiple systems, leading to errors and delays in reporting to school management.
Parents had no real-time visibility into their child's attendance, homework submissions, or fee dues, leading to frequent calls to the school office and strained relationships.
Our Solution
We developed a centralized school ERP using Laravel with module-based architecture covering admissions, HR, academics, finance, and communication. A Flutter mobile app was built for parents (iOS and Android) providing real-time notifications for attendance, exam results, fee reminders, and school announcements via Firebase push notifications.
The fee module integrates with Razorpay for online fee payment with automatic receipt generation and ledger posting. A teacher portal allows homework assignment, attendance marking, and grade entry from any device, with all data syncing instantly to the parent app.
