The FSSAI 2.0 Bit

FSSAI 2.0 (Display Regulations 2020 + amendments) made nutrition labelling rigorous. Every pack needs energy, protein, carbohydrate (with added-sugars breakup), fat (with sat-fat + trans-fat), and salt — per 100g AND per serving. Allergens must be highlighted. Most manufacturers maintain a separate Excel for each SKU, recalculating manually when an ingredient changes.
