- Rental fleet pieces lost track of in Excel-based systems — typically 25-35% of inventory. Often pieces left at closed or dormant project sites that no one followed up on.
- SAC 9973
- Service Accounting Code for "leasing or rental services concerning machinery and equipment with or without operator." The correct GST code for scaffolding and formwork rental.
- Cuplock / Kwikstage
- Two of the most common steel scaffolding systems used in India. Cuplock uses a cup-and-blade joint; Kwikstage uses a wedge-and-V-press joint. Different rate cards.
