SellerOps by Omeecron
One command centre for Amazon sellers — orders, inventory, repricing, listings, settlement reconciliation, buyer messaging, and review requests in a single login. Pulls Amazon Ads spend so your sales reports show real net profit, not gross revenue.
Where the day-to-day really hurts
Real pain we’ve seen on Indian factory floors — and how the system fixes each one.
Seller Central + 4 Excel sheets + WhatsApp groups every morning. 90 minutes lost before the first order ships.
One SellerOps dashboard: orders to ship, stockouts approaching, FBA reimbursements due, Buy Box lost — all in one screen. Daily WhatsApp digest at 8 AM.
FBA inventory damaged / lost in Amazon's warehouse. Reimbursement claims forgotten. ₹40k–₹2L walks away per quarter, every quarter.
FBA refund recovery engine scans every shipment, finds eligible cases, drafts the claim via SP-API. Customers recover 0.5–1.5% of FBA GMV typically missed.
Buy Box lost overnight to a competitor undercutting by ₹5. Sales drop 40% the next day. Seller notices 36 hours later when WhatsApp orders dry up.
Buy Box monitor checks every SKU every 30 minutes; lost-Buy-Box alert on WhatsApp + email within minutes. Rule-based repricer responds automatically inside the seller's min/max floor.
Settlement report from Amazon is 4,000 rows of CSV. Accountant exports it once a fortnight, eyeballs the totals, and moves on. Real per-SKU profit is unknown.
Line-by-line reconciliation matches every settlement entry to its order, deducts referral / FBA / storage / TDS / ad spend, exports to Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks. Per-SKU contribution margin visible.
Sales report shows ₹8 lakh / month revenue. Owner assumes 25% margin = ₹2L profit. After Sponsored Ads spend the real margin is 4%. Realised at year-end.
Ads API integration pulls live ad spend, attributes it per SKU, and folds it into every dashboard alongside Amazon fees. Net profit visible every day, not at year-end.
Review-request emails sent through a third-party bot that violates Amazon policy. Account-health warning. Reviews lost. Reputation hit.
SellerOps uses Amazon's official SP-API solicitations endpoint with configurable delay. Policy-compliant by design. No third-party email bots.
Buyer-seller messages handled by hand: copy-paste templates from Notes, hope you got the order ID right.
Template library with merge fields (order ID, item, ETA). Send via SP-API. Full message history per order. Translation hints per marketplace locale.
Real ROI, with numbers we can defend
Typical year-1 recovery from FBA refund + reimbursement automation — money sellers used to leave on the table because nobody had time to file claims.
Time from losing the Buy Box to repricer reacting inside the seller's rule floor (vs 36-hour human-noticed average).
Time saved per seller per day from replacing Seller Central + 4 Excel + WhatsApp routine with one dashboard + WhatsApp digest.
Settlement reports reconciled line-by-line — every Amazon entry matched to an order, fee, or adjustment. No more "accept whatever lands in the bank".
Built for this industry, not adapted from generic ERP
Built on the Official SP-API
No scraping, no browser automation, no unofficial endpoints. Every read and write uses Amazon's Selling Partner API exactly as documented, so the seller's account stays in good standing and the data stays accurate.
Ad Cost Folded into Profit
SellerOps connects to the Amazon Ads API in parallel, so every sales report subtracts ad spend, referral fees, FBA fees, and storage to show true net profit per SKU — not the gross-revenue fiction most dashboards stop at.
Seller Data Stays the Seller's
We never share Amazon information with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit, scoped per seller, and the seller can disconnect and request deletion at any time from the in-app settings.
Daily WhatsApp Digest
Morning summary on WhatsApp: orders to ship, stockouts approaching, FBA reimbursements claimed, Buy Box lost, urgent buyer messages. No more "did I miss something on Amazon today?"
Multi-Marketplace, Multi-Account
Connect Amazon India, US, UK, UAE, Canada, and other SP-API marketplaces under one SellerOps tenant. One login, all your accounts, consolidated reporting.

Amazon Ads API (separate integration)
Ad spend pulled live, folded into every sales report.
SellerOps connects to the Amazon Ads API in addition to SP-API so every sales report shows true net profit, not gross revenue. We pull Sponsored Products / Brands / Display campaign spend, attribute it to the orders that converted, and subtract it alongside referral fees, FBA fees, storage, and TDS to give the seller their actual per-SKU contribution margin.
- Campaign performance — ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR by campaign / ad group / target
- Sponsored Ads sales attribution — units + revenue per campaign rolled into the SKU profit view
- Non-advertised sales isolation — see organic vs. ad-driven performance per ASIN
- Read-only — SellerOps reads ad data; campaign creation and bid changes happen in the Amazon Ads console (we do not modify campaigns)
Omeecron Solutions is a verified Amazon Ads Partner. The Ads API integration is an additive capability and is not part of the SP-API Solution Provider listing.
Security & data handling
How SellerOps protects Amazon information.
SellerOps is built and operated to meet the controls required by Amazon's Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Network controls: firewall, IDS/IPS, anti-malware, and network segmentation between application, database, and backup tiers.
- Least-privilege access: role-based access control — every employee's access to Amazon Information is restricted to the minimum required for their job function. Access reviewed quarterly.
- Encryption in transit: all Amazon Information is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS, mTLS where supported).
- Encryption at rest: Amazon Information is encrypted at rest in our database using AES-256.
- Incident response plan: documented, reviewed every 6 months, with 24-hour customer notification commitment. Any incident involving Amazon Information is reported to
security@amazon.comwithin 24 hours of detection. - Authentication: 12-character minimum password with special characters, multi-factor authentication required for all admin users, 365-day password expiration, annual credential rotation.
- Credentials never in code: API keys, encryption keys, and secret access keys are stored in a secrets manager — never committed to source control, never shared by email, never hard-coded into application binaries.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share Amazon Information with any external party. Data is used only to provide SellerOps to the seller who owns the account, and only for the use cases listed on this page.
- No external Amazon data sources: we do not retrieve Amazon Information from any non-Amazon (MWS or scraped) source. Every data point in SellerOps comes from the seller's own SP-API or Ads API connection.
- Right to disconnect + delete: the seller can disconnect their Amazon account and request full data deletion from the in-app settings at any time. Deletion completes within 30 days.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about Amazon SP-API Seller Software.
SellerOps is an Amazon-seller operations platform built on the official Selling Partner API (SP-API). It gives Amazon sellers one dashboard for the operational work currently scattered across Seller Central, multiple Excel sheets, and WhatsApp groups — order processing, FBA refund recovery, Buy Box defence, repricing, settlement reconciliation, buyer-seller messaging, and review request automation. SellerOps also connects to the Amazon Ads API so ad spend is folded into every sales report.
SellerOps uses eight standard SP-API categories — Product Listing, Pricing, Amazon Fulfillment, Buyer Communication, Buyer Solicitation, Selling Partner Insights, Finance and Accounting, and Inventory and Order Tracking. We do not currently request any of the restricted roles (Direct-to-Consumer Shipping, Tax Invoicing, Tax Remittance, Professional Services). Restricted roles will be requested in a future submission only when the underlying features ship to production users.
SellerOps reads ad performance via the Amazon Ads API; it does not create or edit campaigns. The Ads API integration is an additive capability — we pull Sponsored Products / Brands / Display campaign spend and attribute it to orders so the seller sees true net profit per SKU instead of gross revenue. Campaign creation, bidding, and budget management happen in the Amazon Ads console (or with our managed-services agency offering — a separate Omeecron product).
Yes — SellerOps sends buyer messages only through Amazon's official SP-API Messaging endpoints, never through external email or scraping. Templates are scoped to operational subjects (order updates, shipping clarifications, returns guidance) and explicitly exclude marketing copy. Every message is logged with timestamp and user, and the seller controls every template. Review request automation uses the SP-API solicitations endpoint exclusively — no third-party email bot, no policy violation surface.
SellerOps encrypts Amazon Information in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), uses role-based access control, requires MFA for admin users, and maintains an incident-response plan reviewed every six months with 24-hour notification to Amazon and customers. Credentials (API keys, secret access keys) are stored in a secrets manager — never committed to source control, never hard-coded. We do not share Amazon Information with third parties and do not retrieve Amazon data from any non-Amazon source.
Yes — both are self-service from the in-app settings, at any time, on any plan. Disconnecting revokes the SP-API and Ads API tokens immediately, stopping all data sync. A separate "Delete my data" action removes the seller's Amazon Information from the SellerOps database within 30 days. We retain only the minimum metadata required for billing-history and tax compliance per Indian law.
SellerOps is priced in four tiers — Starter (₹2,499 / $29 per month), Growth (₹4,999 / $59), Scale (₹9,999 / $119), and Enterprise (custom quote). All plans are billed monthly via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD); annual prepay gets a 2-month discount. There are no per-transaction commissions and no hidden fees. SellerOps is currently in private beta — early-access pricing locks for 12 months from sign-up.
SellerOps is in private beta and currently accessible by early-access invite. The public launch is gated on completing the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore listing approval (in progress). To request early access, use the "Request Early Access" button on this page or message Omeecron Solutions on WhatsApp at +91 84601 46386. Approved early-access sellers get onboarded within 3 working days and lock in early-access pricing for 12 months.
SellerOps is built and operated by Omeecron Solutions — an Indian software company based in Surat, Gujarat, founded in 2018. Omeecron is a verified Amazon Ads Partner listed at advertising.amazon.com/partners/directory and runs a separate ERP product line for Indian manufacturers across 14 verticals. The SellerOps team supports customers in English, Hindi, and Gujarati on email, WhatsApp, and phone.
The Amazon SP-API integration is the primary product and the focus of this listing. Multi-channel connectors (Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho) are part of the SellerOps roadmap for sellers who request them; today's public beta is Amazon-only. Pricing tiers are designed to scale with channels — Starter allows 1 channel, Growth 3, Scale unlimited — so a seller can grow into multi-channel without changing tools.
