The Wp Binning Margin Lever

Cell Wp bins drive module margin. Plan the bin mix.

A 540W module isn't one thing — it's a wattage bin (typically 535-545W) achieved by combining cells of specific Wp bins. The difference between a 540W and a 545W module is ₹500+ per module on a 5MW EPC order. Multiply by 10,000 modules per shipment and the wrong bin allocation is ₹50 lakh of margin walking away.
