Ply Rating
Load-carrying capacity rating, typically 4PR / 6PR / 8PR / 10PR for passenger and light commercial. Higher ply = stiffer sidewall + more load capacity. Different ply ratings of the same size are different SKUs.
Tubeless vs Tube Type
Tubeless tire has an air-tight inner liner; tube-type requires an inner tube. Same size and pattern can come in both — different SKUs.
